** What to learn from rejection as a founder ------------------------------------------------------------
Let’s talk about what’s often behind the success stories we share about our gate startups: rejection. Their achievements didn’t come without setbacks. In fact, resilience—named by countless German founders as the number one trait for success—is built on the lessons learned from hearing “no.”

So, how about facing rejection head-on today, tomorrow, and the day after? 💡 Here’s what he learned: 1. Don’t run from rejection—embrace it. 2. Ask boldly for what you want. 3. Never let rejection define you.

** Flyby is officially on the streets of Abu Dhabi ------------------------------------------------------------
gate-Startup Flyby has launched mobile digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising on the roads of Abu Dhabi. This milestone allows Flyby to offer its Smart Delivery Boxes and related technology in the Emirate.

** planqc to build 1,000-Qubit quantum computer ------------------------------------------------------------
With €20 million in support from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, planqc is building a 1,000-qubit neutral-atom quantum computer for the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) in Munich. On top of that the founders have been honoured with the "EY Entrepreneurship Of The Year 2024" award in the "Young Companies" category.

** TUM Int. offers a free AI training for startups ------------------------------------------------------------
The event will take place on December 4th, 2024, from 08:30 to 14:30, at TUMint.Energy Research, located at Lichtenbergstr. 4, Garching. It is free of charge and the focus areas include: 1. AI Literacy and EU Compliance: Insights on AI, including how to align with the upcoming EU AI regulations. 2.
