First of all, thank you so much for ensuring everything went so smoothly on your end. I am very excited about using the Batemo-Cell model.
Unfortunately, our club's board insists on drafting the contract themselves rather than letting me handle it. This inevitably results in the typical processing times we’re all familiar with in Germany, just in case you're wondering why no contract has come from my side yet. I have received verbal confirmation that the sponsorship will go through, so on this side there should be no problem.
Attached, I have included a document describing the use of the Batemo model for our project.

- As a formality, please send me a short list on how you plan to use the Batemo Cell Model of the Melasta SLPBA842126HV cell.
- As we provide you sensitive data, we have to sign an NDA. If you fill in the table below, I’ll prepare our template.
- You prepare a sponsoring agreement, in which state our deliverables and your sponsoring benefits. Therein, it is important that you refer to our quote including the corresponding quote number. Please send me the PDF document without your signature. I will generate a signing request via DocuSign to receive a legally binding signature from you and my CEO.
- At a later stage, when you are working with our models, we would like to list you on our website https://www.batemo.com/about-batemo/ where we present Batemo as a company including our sponsorships. We would be happy if you send us pictures that show you, your vehicle with our logo on it, your development process or similar in connection with Batemo. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren der Batemo GmbH,
mein Name ist Filip Dorau und ich bin der verantwortliche bei dem TUfast Racing Team, dem Formula Student Team der TU-München, für die Konzeptentwicklung und Fertigung des HV-Akkus und der BMS-Algorithmen. Parallel dazu absolviere ich aktuell ein Praktikum bei der Porsche AG in der Zellentwicklung (Abteilung EEC5) und arbeite bereits mit den von Ihnen entwickelten Zellmodellen. Zufälligerweise bin ich auf Ihrer Internetseite über das Zellmodell der Melasta SLPBA842126HV gestoßen, welche wir (baugleiches Modell: SLPBA742126HV) ebenfalls bei unserem Formula Racing Team verwenden, und wäre an diesem und den Messungen sehr interessiert. Mithilfe dessen würde ich gerne unsere neu entwickelten BMS-Algorithmen (SOC Schätzer und Stromregulierungen) testen und mit der Realität abgleichen, um so die maximal mögliche Performance aus unserer HV-Batterie, vor der eigentlichen Fertigstellung des kompletten Autos, rauszuholen.
Über eine Kooperation in diesem Bereich mit Ihnen würde ich mich sehr freuen, wobei wir über die genauen Kooperationsdetails (z.B. Repräsentation auf unserem Auto) auch gerne nochmal reden können. Diese und eine grobe Vorstellung unseres Teams habe ich Ihnen in der Mail angefügt.
