Hey everyone,
thank you again for your time and explanations last Friday. I hope we could establish a first personal contact and that there will be many ways of working together with TUM more closely.
Talking about working together: I’m about to make a specification sheet („Lastenheft“) for the TUMorrow Factory. We had something like that already for the preliminary design, but we now want to gather all very specific steps and working processes that will be carried out in the TUMorrow Factory. It would be great if you could write down that for your project(s) in a simple word file and send it to me. It should include all single work steps you carry out during your projects, however in a „abstract“ way. So I’m looking for something like „soldering“, not „soldering cable A to cable B on the circuit board of xy…“ Note: It’s only about hardware/workshop works. So no office work-steps etc. I also attached a Word document (not complete, work-in-progress) of how it could look like. I hope you don’t mind that it’s in German. ;) Would be awesome to once again get the input from you all, I’m looking forward to your feedback!
As always, reach out if you have any concerns. Thanks again and all the best Severin

Hello everyone,
I am excited about the tour and meeting you all in person.
My colleague Jessica Bruder had the great idea to also come along. She is our video editor and wants to film a few moments of our meetings. We would love to post the tour on Instagram featuring your club. Please don't worry about cleaning up your offices or workshops – my colleague has a good eye for detail and will show us off well.
I really appreciate you taking time for us tomorrow. See you in Garching! Anne ________________________________ Von: Severin Brock Gesendet: Dienstag, 6. Hello all,
thanks for all the feedback, I think we’ll get quite around on Friday. The rough schedule (rather a vague plan) will be the following : 09:00h: NeuroTUM 09:30h: TUM Dash 10:00h: TUfast (let’s meet at the office) 11:00h: Impetus Sailing (were do we meet?) 11:30h: Lunch break at the Mensa - Everyone who wants to join (maybe also your team colleagues) is warmly welcome to have lunch with us! 12:30h: WARR (let’s meet at the office) 15:15h: Horyzn (let’s meet at the office) 15:45h: Falcon Vision 16:15h: Levitum
I hope this works out, however it might be that it takes longer/shorter at some stations. So please don’t be mad if we are 15min late or early (I will inform you if we get heavily off schedule)! ;) Let me know if the schedule doesn’t work for you, then we can switch slots. Note the invitation for the lunch break! Let's meet at the atrium of the Mensa, let me know if you wanna join so we can wait for you.
Looking forward to Friday! Best Severin

Hello all,
thanks for all who already gave me feedback! Just a short reminder for those who haven’t: please reach out if you want to get to know Anne Hüttenrauch, TUM’s Student Club responsible. She is new to the position, super nice and would love to get to know you. We'd come by to your workshop/office on the upcoming Friday (09.08.). I will come up and let you know a rough schedule.
I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully seeing many of you on Friday! Best Severin

Dear fellow Student Clubbers,
I'm writing to you today not about the TUMorrow Factory, but also about a matter of collaboration between TUM and the student clubs. The other day I met Anne Hüttenrauch. She's the new 'Community and Student Engagement Officer' at TUM. That means she's the official point of contact for student initiatives at TUM. As she's new to the role and I felt there hadn't been much contact between her predecessor and the student clubs she's now responsible for, I offered to show her around the student initiatives in Garching. On Friday 9th August, we'll be heading to Garching to try to visit as many student initiatives as possible. The idea is to get to know each other, show Anne what the student initiatives are doing, what their projects are and how their everyday work looks like. It would be great if someone from your team could come along to the workshops on the day. Please let me know If you can make it to Garching on this day. Also, let me know if you have any time restrictions (e.g. you can only be there before noon). If you can't make it, it'd be great if you could find someone else from your team who can. I already know where most of you are holding your workshops and/or your offices. However, it'd be great if you could add directions to your workshop in your reply. I'm not planning on doing the tour in a very formal format. We thought it would be better to go from team to team and introduce the people and show each other around, so there will be no tight schedule. I’ll send you a rough plan after I get your feedback.
To sum up, please let me know: - if you or any of your colleagues can make it on that date (and if there are time restrictions) - directions to your workshop/office
Feel free to forward the email to other student initiatives and your colleagues/team. Let me know if you have any further questions.
All the best and looking forward to meeting you (again) Severin
